Zoetis Petcare Rewards: Program Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

Zoetis Petcare Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Zoetis to customers of its Companion Animal products. These terms and conditions form the agreement (the “Agreement”) between each customer that participates in the Program (referred to herein as a “Member”) and Zoetis US LLC (collectively with its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, the “Company”). By participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program set forth in this Agreement. Zoetis reserves the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify Members who have violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Zoetis reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of the Program, in whole or in part, and to terminate the Program or a Member’s membership in the Program at any time for any reason without prior written notice.

Details about the Program are available at ZoetisPetcareRewards.com (the “Program Site”), a site owned, operated, controlled, maintained, or otherwise administered, by the Company. Member’s use of the Program Site is also governed by the Program Site’s Terms of Use. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable on, and in compliance with, the Program Site’s Terms of Use.


The Program is open to residents of the United States and its territories at least 18 years of age except where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Membership in the Program is free and no initial purchase is required. Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to corporations, limited liability companies, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or any other entity.

Earning & Redeeming Points

Members of the Program are able to earn Points on purchases of participating Zoetis small animal products from locations with a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. Points are not valid unless earned strictly in compliance with the requirements as established and intended by the Company, and Member shall not attempt to earn Points by any unauthorized, improper, or fraudulent means (including, without limitation, by using any script, bot or other automated means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements.

In order to earn Points, Member must be registered with the Program and submit an eligible invoice to the Program Site or via mail or fax form, providing all required information and a copy of his/her proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) for validation. All information provided by Member as part of the invoice submission process must match the details featured on his/her proof of purchase, including:

  • Pet’s name;
  • Participating Zoetis product name;
  • Product details (dosage, strength, quantity); and
  • Purchase details (date, name of veterinary hospital, clinic* or home delivery partner)

*By selecting the prescribing veterinary practice, Member hereby authorizes the veterinary practice to view Member’s purchase details for the corresponding submission, along with information Member has provided that allows the selected veterinary practice to identify Member’s pet (including, without limitation, pet’s name, age, breed, gender, and species).

Online submissions are preferred and faster to process. To submit via mail or fax, submission form must be completed and sent with detailed invoice. Submission forms can be found here.

Invoices must be submitted within sixty (60) days of purchase date. Members can submit participating products for multiple pets on the same receipt or invoice.

Member should not alter the proof of purchase in any way. Changes to the proof of purchase may result in delay or disqualification. Invoices will not be accepted from retailers, online pharmacies, or other sellers where a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian cannot be confirmed.

Subject to any applicable terms and conditions on the Program Site and applicable law, the information on your proof of purchase is and will be deemed non-confidential and the Company shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information.

All Points will be awarded to Member’s Program account (“Account”) within ten (10) business days after the invoice upload has been fully completed online and the purchase has been validated. Offline submissions (i.e., those via mail or fax) can take up to six (6) weeks to process. Points expire 450 days from the first date of inactivity on the Member’s Account. Points are non-transferable and may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another Member or third party.

Each participating product has an assigned Points value that translates to a specific dollar amount per the offer details outlined on the Program Site. The Company may, at any time and without notice, change, eliminate, or terminate the Point earning and redemption procedures and offerings. The Company, at its discretion, may not show the full list of redemption details for each product on marketing materials.

Redeeming Points

Members can redeem points once he/she has earned at least 100 Points to hit the redemption threshold of US$10.00. Member can order a reloadable Zoetis Petcare Rewards Card, to be issued in the form of a Visa Prepaid card (the “Card”) through the Account on the Program Site. The Card cannot be ordered by Member until this threshold is reached. Member will receive an email confirmation when his/her Card has shipped, which, in most instances, will be approximately five (5) business days after the order of the Card has been submitted by Member.

Member can load additional dollars to his/her Card on a recurring basis, as he/she earns at least 100 Points to hit the redemption threshold of $10.00. All Card reloads may take approximately five (5) business days to be processed.

Immediately after dollars have been loaded by Member to the Card (either at the initial order or a reload), Points and corresponding dollars balance will be deducted from Member’s Account. Once dollars are loaded to the Card, Points cannot be credited back to Member’s Account.

The Company reserves the right to refuse issuance of a Card to any Member who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Member should promptly notify the Company of any changes to Member’s personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address either by visiting the Program Site or by calling a Customer Service representative at 855-749-7274, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CST.

Donating Points to a Charitable Cause

Member may choose to donate some or all of his/her eligible points to American Humane’s Pups4Patriots™ Program. American Humane is a §501(c)(3) organization and 100% of the converted points dollar amount will go to American Humane for the Pups4Patriots™ Program. Member contact information will be shared with the American Humane organization for tax purposes only.

Using the Card

Use your Visa Card toward the purchase of Veterinary Services where Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States and U.S. Territories. Card is restricted to credit card processing machines with Merchant Category Code 0742 for Veterinary Services. Card can be used a towards the purchase of any product or service at these locations. Use of the Card is not eligible for cash back. Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

The Card expires 36 months from the date of issue. You will not have access to funds after expiration.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card by Member is strictly prohibited, and may result in Member’s termination or disqualification from the Program. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Card for which it has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information or for which the Member is not in good standing. In the event the Company cancels Member’s Card, or terminates the Program or Member’s membership in the Program for any reason, all Points earned in Member’s Account will be forfeited.

Member Information & Communications

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials and other information in connection with his/her Account, and will be solely liable for any and all activities under the Account. Member shall be responsible for keeping all Account information up-to-date. Member agrees to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized or fraudulent use of Member's Account or any other breach of security or data privacy.

By participating in the Program, Member agrees to allow the Company to communicate via mail, email, and through other channels as applicable. The Company may use these channels to communicate Member Account status, notify Member when he/she is eligible for a reward, communicate Program changes, offer special Member promotions, coupons, information and offerings that the Company believes may be of interest to Member, and more. Members who choose to opt-out of all Company marketing communications will receive only messages related to their Program Account. Member information will be protected in accordance with the Zoetis Privacy Policy.

Program Site and Third Party Sites

The Company does not guarantee that the Program Site will be operating or accessible at any given time. Member should expect that the Program Site will periodically be taken off-line for maintenance, content and design updates, and other alterations that may make it unavailable. Company does not represent or warrant that the Program Site is compatible with Member’s hardware or software applications or browsers.

The Program may permit Members to access the Program from, and to link from the Program to, other websites on the Internet, including, without limitation, the website affiliated with the Company and its partners or other resources located on servers that are not maintained or controlled by the Company. Company is not responsible for the content of any such referenced websites or for the availability of, or access to, such websites. Member acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for, and does not make any warranties or representations of any kind regarding, the accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of the content or function of such websites. The inclusion of any such link does not constitute or imply endorsement or recommendation of the website by the Company or any association with its operators. Additional or different terms and conditions may apply when Members are accessing and using such other websites. Access to other websites linked to the Program Site is at Member’s own risk, and the Company disclaims all liability with regard to Member’s access to such linked sites, or arising from the content or information contained therein.

Non-Company Program Affiliates

Any dealings by Members with advertisers, vendors and other third parties (referred to collectively as “Program Affiliates”) via or resulting from the Program, or participation in related promotions, are solely between the Member and Program Affiliate or other third party. The Company is not responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions between Members and Program Affiliates.
