- How does the program work?
Zoetis Petcare Rewards is a program designed to help you save on pet care at your veterinarian. Whenever you purchase an eligible Zoetis product, you can earn points to use for rewards (like a Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard®) to use at your veterinarian for any product or service.
- Who is eligible to participate in the program?
Zoetis Petcare Rewards is open to U.S. and U.S. territory residents who are at least 18 years old.
- How do I register?
To register for Zoetis Petcare Rewards, please visit Zoetispetcare.com/rewards and select “Join Rewards.” Pet owners that have limited internet access may register by filling out the offline registration form. Online registration is preferred.
- How do I submit my purchase to earn points?
Once registered, you can earn points on purchases of participating Zoetis small animal products from locations with a valid veterinary prescription. To earn points, you must be registered and submit an eligible invoice within 60 days of purchase. All eligible product purchases from a single invoice should be submitted at once.
Invoices can be submitted by uploading a file from your computer on the program website or taking an image right from your smart phone. Although digital submissions are much faster and preferred, members can also submit invoices via fax or mail with the submission form found here.
- How do I know if my submission has been processed?
Once your submission has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the status. Status can also be checked by logging into your account and going to “Activity”. Online submissions will take approximately 10 business days for processing. Submissions via the mail or fax form will take up to 6 weeks for processing.
- How many points can I earn?
The points you can earn will vary. You earn points based on which product(s) and the amount you purchase. Please visit our Offers page for exact product offers and point values by product and amount. You can also earn points on special promotional offers as they become available.
- How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Once you have at least 100 points available in your rewards bank, you can redeem your points by logging in and selecting the “Redeem Points” option. As you continue to earn points, you can continue to redeem points for rewards on your rewards homepage. In your Account Settings, you can opt in to automatically redeem your points for funds on your Mastercard® whenever 100 points are available in your account.
- How do I check my current points balance?
You can review your points balance on your rewards homepage after logging in. Immediately after redeeming points for rewards, points will be deducted from your account. To view all your recent account activity, go here.
- Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 15 months from the first date of inactivity on a member’s account. We will send reminders if your points are at risk of expiring.
- What happens when my Zoetis Petcare Rewards Card expires?
Rewards Cards are valid for 3 years. When your Rewards Card expires, it will no longer work, and any remaining funds left on the card will be lost. We recommend you spend any remaining balance at a veterinary practice before this happens. You’ll receive an email notification 60 days before your Rewards Card expires, and again at 30 days before.
- What are my reward options?
Points can be redeemed for funds on a Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard®. This card is restricted for use at veterinary practices and can be used for any product or service at the veterinarian. The Mastercard® is reloadable and you can continue to redeem points for funds on your card. Every 10 points equates to $1 value.
You can also choose to redeem some or all of your eligible points as a donation to American Humane’s Pups4Patriots™ Program in support of the Zoetis Petcare K-9 Courage Program. Learn more about K-9 Courage here. American Humane is a 501(c)(3) organization and 100% of your donation will go to American Humane.
- How does my Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard® work?
Your Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard® can be used for any product or service (it’s restricted for use in veterinary practices). The card is reloadable and you can continue to redeem points for funds on your card. To check your card balance, call 800-522-7458 or click here. Your card will expire 36 months after it is shipped.
Once your card has shipped or funds have been loaded, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 weeks for card delivery. The card has no fees for members. If you have not received your Mastercard® after 3 weeks or lost your existing card, please contact our support team.
- I have a Zoetis Petcare Rewards Prepaid Visa® Card, can I still use it?
Yes! You can use your remaining Zoetis Petcare Rewards Prepaid Visa® Card balance until the funds have been completely depleted or until the card expires. To check the balance of your Zoetis Petcare Rewards Prepaid Visa® Card, please call 866-230-3809 or click here. If there are no remaining funds on your Visa® card, please discard it. After 8/1/2019, all points redemptions will be put on a new Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard®. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your new Mastercard®.
- Can I transfer my points to another person?
No, points are non-transferable and may not be sold or used as a gift to another member.
