DAPP & Leptospirosis*
Are given as a combination vaccine, except for DAPP-only at 14-16 weeks
Rabies
Minimum age of 12 weeks, with boosters as allowed by law
Bordetella†‡§
Initial series of 2 boosters, 2-4 weeks apart
Canine Flu
Initial series of 2 boosters, 2-4 weeks apart
Lyme Disease‖
Initial series of 2 boosters, 2-4 weeks apart

*Additional vaccination may be required at 18-20 weeks if you live in a high risk area.
